Christina encourages trust and healthy vulnerability to develop in the counseling process and to be carried out into other relationships. Her educational achievements include a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. in Counseling, both from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Christina is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor.

Christina was previously employed as a director of counseling services and counselor at Harvest Fellowship Church from 1998 to 2006. Her ministry focus at Harvest was to provide a service for the church as well as the San Antonio community and surrounding cities. Her goal was to provide a professional, secure, and biblical, counseling service where trust and vulnerability could develop.

Christina continues to practice with the same focus on outreach to the community, a safe environment, and to help others in living well.  As of November 2007, Counseling Center for Living Well has moved to
